SHORT EARED OWL - NR. HANSON ESC, MILTON KEYNES, BUCKS

The 2008 / 2009 winter saw an influx of up to 5 Short Eared Owls near the northern side of Milton Keynes. The birds could sometimes be found roosting on the ground during daylight hours.
